Upcut Spiral Solid Carbide Bits

Manufactured from premium solid carbide, these 2-flute bits deliver vibration-free operation, ensuring precise results when cutting grooves, slots or complex shapes in soft and hard woods, MDF, plastics and composites. The upcut spiral geometry clears chips upward and away from the workpiece. This optimum chip clearance prevents heat build-up and enables faster feed rates without burning the material. Unlike standard straight bits limited to 25 mm intervals, the sharpened tip allows for continuous, deeper plunging in high-production CNC applications and heavy-duty mortising. Red Guard™ anti-friction coating reduces binding and heat build-up while protecting the Upcut Router Bit from resin accumulation and corrosion. This ensures the equipment makes smoother, faster cuts and stays productive on the job site. The industrial-grade carbide construction provides superior edge retention and permits multiple re-sharpenings, extending the tool's service life.
